Piononos Terms and Conditions

This disclaimer applies to all products and services published on our website (piononosinc.com), as well as those available for purchase in-store or by phone.

-Product Representation: The photos published on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the actual product. The size and quantity of portions are estimated and may differ. The product sizes listed are approximate, and the colors and flavors of our products, including fruits, may vary.

-Product Availability: Product availability may change even after checkout has been completed. In such cases, we will contact the client before confirming the order to discuss available options. Piononos is not liable for compensating clients for changes in product or service availability.

-Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the store and without prior notice to customers. However, orders that have already been paid are not subject to price changes.

– Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued, as specified in the estimates sent to the client.

– Personalized Messages: The content of personalized cards is provided by the client. Piononos reserves the right to refuse any content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of any laws or regulations.

– Right of Admission: Piononos reserves the right to deny admission to any individual in-store.

 

Allergen Policy

Piononos does not specialize in allergen-free cakes or desserts. Our products may contain nuts, eggs, dairy, or gluten.

 

Cancellations, Refunds, Pickup and Delivery Orders Policy

– Orders will be confirmed by phone call, text message, or email either the day before or on the day of pickup or delivery.
– While each order has a designated pickup time, on busy or festive days, there may be waiting times.
– Cancellations are only considered valid if approved in writing by Piononos, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
– If a cancellation is approved, Piononos will issue store credit for the full amount of the canceled products and/or services. The store credit must be used within 90 days from the date of issue and is subject to product availability.
– If a refund is approved, a non-refundable processing fee will apply: 5% for partial refunds or 20% of the total purchase amount for full refunds.
– Delays may occur with orders that are either not confirmed or confirmed at the last minute. Last-minute confirmations may require additional time to complete.
– Failure to pick up a confirmed order from the store or receive it at the designated delivery time may result in the total loss of the order.

 

Pick-up orders Policy

 

– The individual or company picking up the order must provide the following details: first name, last name, and the last four digits of the phone number associated with the order. Without this information, Piononos will not release the product.
– The pick-up person is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, size, and filling are provided at the time of pickup. Once the pick-up person leaves the store with the product(s), Piononos will not accept returns, cancellations, credits, or refunds.
– Piononos does not provide assistance with transporting orders from the store to the client’s or pick-up person’s vehicle. Any damages to the product resulting from improper storage or transportation are the responsibility of the client and not Piononos.

 

Delivery Service Policy

– Deliveries are scheduled within two time frames: from 10 AM to 3 PM, or from 2 PM to 8 PM, without the option of a specific or shorter window. On festive days, the delivery window may be extended.
– The delivery driver will contact the receiving party by phone or text message to confirm availability. Upon arrival, the driver will call or knock at the door. If there is no response within 15 minutes, the driver will continue with their route. In this case, the client forfeits the order and the delivery fee.
– If the order is missed, the client must contact the store to discuss available options. If rescheduling is approved, an additional delivery fee will apply.
– The receiving party is responsible for the proper storage of the product once delivered.
